kitty#46Success comes in all shapes and sizes.

Whatever success you are after, there is one trait all successful people share, they are tenacious. The very successful may have failed numerous times but they learn from it make a new plan and start all over again.

For example:

Milton Hershey failed in his first two attempts to set up a candy business

Steve Jobs got fired from Apple, the company he founded, only to return and build it into one of the most successful companies ever.

►It took Henry Ford three attempts to build an automobile company

►The amazing Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper because he was not creative enough!

Oprah was once fired because she was ‘unfit for television’ and you know how that story ends!!!

►The inspirational John Sleeman had numerous setbacks before establishing the Sleeman brewery, the third largest in Canada.

History is littered with examples of successful folks who despite numerous challenges, setbacks and missed steps never lost sight of their dream. With each failure they were more determined than ever to succeed.

The one thing successful people never do is give up!
